BCS is led by Swarup Dasan enriched with years of experience in the H.R sector, who envisioned the need of value addition with their expertise and a simultaneous business potential.

BCS also comprises a thoroughly disciplined and qualified team of HR professionals (Managers, Executives, Telecaller’s) that demonstrates a sound knowledge of HR administration, employee motivation, recruitment processes, payroll, corporate compliance, and headhunting. It has the ability to “make things happen” on a sustained basis.

The entire unit is dedicated to translate client requirements into clear & traceable benefits for both today & tomorrow with stand alone initiatives.
